On Wednesday evening, our washer wouldn't drain. Found this company based on great reviews. Called Thursday AM to make an appointment to have a serviceman come look at our washer. Very nice lady answering the phone said she could have a technician out that afternoon between 12pm-2pm. Their service tech, Alex, was at our house at 12:45pm, and by 1:30pm he had replaced the drain pump on our washer, tested it for leaks, and was out the door for a very reasonable price. We appreciate the prompt service!! I highly recommend this company!! I will definitely keep their number for the inevitable next time. ~ Laura H

Called on a Sunday morning and Alex came out and repaired our refrigerator. We were certainly impressed with him showing up on Sunday to do the work. Also, he came back today to make another repair after I called this afternoon. I’m unsure you can find any other company to do the same and give fair pricing.
