On Wednesday evening, our washer wouldn't drain. Found this company based on great reviews. Called Thursday AM to make an appointment to have a serviceman come look at our washer. Very nice lady answering the phone said she could have a technician out that afternoon between 12pm-2pm. Their service tech, Alex, was at our house at 12:45pm, and by 1:30pm he had replaced the drain pump on our washer, tested it for leaks, and was out the door for a very reasonable price. We appreciate the prompt service!! I highly recommend this company!! I will definitely keep their number for the inevitable next time. ~ Laura H

Called on a Sunday morning and Alex came out and repaired our refrigerator. We were certainly impressed with him showing up on Sunday to do the work. Also, he came back today to make another repair after I called this afternoon. I’m unsure you can find any other company to do the same and give fair pricing. I called last night, got a response right away through text. I was able to set the appointment for the next day at my desired time. The technician came in, figured out the problem! We had a problem with our oven on a Sunday. The tech came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Parts came in and he was able to fix our oven ahead of schedule. Fabulous work! If we need appliance repair again I will be calling them back. ~ Robert A

Great service. Had a stubborn 3 yr old GE dishwasher that he diagnosed and found the right part to get it back online. Called them on Monday night and they came on time the next day. Alex very quicky disassembled and diagnosed the problems. Sadly the dryer was going to cost the price of a new midrange unit in parts alone. The service call was the only charge and very reasonable. ~ David M

Alex diagnosed the microwave problem very quick on Friday and said he was going to order the piece and on Sunday asked to come earlyMonday to change it. He changed it and now the microwave is working as new. Definitely, I will call them again for any service. ~ Maria B
